Matt's weight loss journey!

    Hey, my names Matt and I'm 28. I've struggled for years trying different diets and I think I've finally found one I can stick to with the Cambridge Weight Plan (sole source). I used to drink lots of water before I started the plan and now I'm drinking roughly 4.5 litres a day, not finding the diet too difficult to be honest. I started 6 weeks ago and below are my results so far, I'm weighed every fortnight. I'm 6"1 and my start weight was 24st and 5lbs. I'll keep this thread updated and will post before and after pics soon enough to try and motivate others.

    Weeks 1 & 2: 22lb loss
    Weeks 3 & 4: 11lb loss (33lb total)
    Weeks 5 & 6: 8lb loss (41lb total)

    Wow Matt, what an amazing weight loss in such a short space of time :clap:. I really hope I can do as well as you.

    I was weighed yesterday and lost 8lbs in weeks 5 & 6, so 41lbs in my first 6 weeks. Loving it!

    Yep, I'm hoping to stay on it for the full 12 weeks then go onto ss+ for a few weeks then back onto ss.

    Had my weigh in tonight for weeks 7 & 8. I've lost another 10 pounds!!! Couldn't believe it as I was at a friends BBQ at the weekend and tucked into crisps and half a burger.

    So in total I've lost 3 stone and 9 pounds in 8 weeks, haven't been this light in about 5 years. Love this diet!!!!

    Had my 10 week weigh in on Tuesday, just a 2 pound loss for weeks 9 & 10 but I was at a wedding a couple of weeks ago and let myself go, still the main thing is I lost weight! Been on plan 100% since. In total I've lost 3 stone and 11 pounds in 10 weeks and feel amazing.

    I'm going to try and post a before and after pic asap :)

    A couple of before and after pics, the most recent one was taken last night before I left after a night out. I managed to fit into a 38 waist pair of jeans, haven't been able to for about 8 years. I absolutely hate taking selfies or pics of myself but there was no one round to help :p
