Maximum Weight Loss...tips?

So...was just thinking that I'll prob STS or gain 1lb this week when I weigh tonight but really want to still have lost 4-5lb in Sept. With only 2 weigh-ins to go it's a pretty tall order.

What are you top tips for maximum weight loss?

I've been thinking that I might try 2 or 3 days of Success Express this week to see if that boosts my loss.

It's in your book. It is basically where you eat 1/3 a plate of mixed red/green free foods and 2/3 plate of superfree foods. It's a bit more complex than that but that's the gist of it!
Consciously choosing more speed and super speed foods will boost your weight loss but do not confuse them with superfree.
my consultant always told me most of the food we should choose should come from the free food list 80%,15% HEx and 5% syns

What are superfree foods Diane? I only know about super speeds.
