i know the feeling... i have been on and off SW for ages now and this time something clicked in my head and i am 100% head set into it... i think you right you have to be in the right frame of mind =] xxx
I'm so angry at myself. Let work take over again, fell off the wagon spectacularly. Now pushing 18 and a half stone. I was so angry at myself but I'm back on board and more determined than ever to get this weight off once and for all.....
