Hi folks! This is a continuation of the monthly exercise motivator threads. Any n all exercise counts, u can be following any diet/eating plan or none at all n u don't ave 2 set a target unless u want 2! I personally ave definately found these threads 2 b gr8 motivatation over the last few months!

Anyone can join, just copy the list to your post and add your name to the bottom. Unfortunately interest seems 2 ave waned last month so I'v removed any names from last month's list that didn't post in April. PLEASE DON'T BE OFFENDED IF YER NAME HAS BEEN REMOVED, if u want 2 join in again just add it back in n welcome back!

2day's exercise: 30mins prenatal pilates, also spent most of the day paintin the hall n landin which was quite a workout! lol! :)

U don't ave 2 set a target if u don't want 2 hun, I just find it helpful 2 ave sumthin 2 work 2wards. I kno 20hrs seems like a lot but I'v managed 2 reach it 4 the last few months by doin a wee bit everyday. Ordinarily I wud increase my target but I'm currently 26wks pregnant so it's more about maintainin my exercise level at the mo!

Anyway enuf of me wafflin on! Good luck wif the month ahead hun! :)

OK catchin up loggin the last few days here:

Thurs: didn't do any OFFICAL exercise as such as I was finishin paintin my hall, stairs, n landin n felt that eunf 4 the day! lol!
Fri: 30mins prenatal pilates
2day: 1hr horse riding (alto not doin this til this afternoon)
 
Ill join can't add as on my phone though. I did the tough mudder muddlerling circuit workout today. It pushed me but not to much I couldn't finish it. That's 40 mins.

20mins prenatal pilates this morning n then walked round grounds of National Trust house this afternoon, not sure how long we walked 4 so I'm gona give it an underestimate of 40mins. I'd rather do that than risk cheatin myself! lol! :)

Only managed 20mins of prenatal pilates 2day :( Weather was 2 rubbish 4 a lunch time power walk n then had ante-natal class this evenin. I'l try 2 make up 4 it at the w/end tho! :)

I've signed up for kettlebell classes. They're 1hour 30 every tues & thurs & maybe Wednesday morning if I can manage it
I also intend on keeping up with my weekly badminton match and want to do more over the weekend. My goal is to manage 1hour everyday of some exercise :)
