Can I have an 8lb target please weigh in is Fridays.

Not had a good start as a 5.5lb gain today but have been told it most like is inflammation/water retention due to Zumba 3x this week. Still feel crap though.

Couldn't weigh in Saturday due to getting called out at work but I’m down to 15st 3lb giving me a 6lb loss when I got on the scales this morning... I couldn’t believe it but I think this challenge has got me obsessed with the diet I’ve been weighing salad cream, cereal and everything else also this last week I’ve been chipping in on the more physical work with the lads rather than just standing back and supervising so I suppose I’ve done that extra exercise too.

I can only repeat Franimal's message to everyone.

I gained a pound this week - bit disappointed as I've been ill and not eating much but obviously I ate too much!
