I was going to opt out as I have put on +4lbs.

Well didn’t do so good this week but just managed a 1lb lost.. not bad considering I’ve been convenient eating with my lad being in and out of hospital but all is well and back on with a fresh start!

Still on target with a 7lb loss now I need 3.5lb for the next two weeks to hit my goal.

Please don't drop out! You have health issues, that shouldn't stop you xx
 
I lost 5.5 at weigh on Saturday .... great start to the month 😍

Well done losers. We can all do this ☺️

I lost 2lbs this week. Added to 4.5 last week and I'm on 6.5 for the month! 3.5 to target! (Monthly target, not actual target obviously! 😂)
