May exercise challenge

Its the first of May and here in Tipperary wet and windy and I certainly don't want to think about going out to exercise.
This months challenge is now open, same rules as usual. Set yourself a goal and check in here and let us all know how you have done.
Can you meet your own goal, can you beat your personal best?
With longer days and hopefully better weather it seems like a good month to look at outdoor challenges rather than indoor ones.

So, ready, steady, GO.
 
So this month I challenge myself to 15 exercise sessions. I would like to do more but work shifts won't allow that.

Goal 15 sessions 0 done 15 to go.

My addition to May 2018 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1188 km.
I log all my rides on Friendfit.

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 27 out of 31 Days at an average of 44 km each exercise day.
I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph & 120-130 bpm.

Previous Months

2018) January 1109 km, February 1182 km, March 1246.7 km, April 1279.8km
2017) December 1070 km, November 985.8 km, October 1090 km, September 970 km, August 494 km.

9,472.9 km covered from August 2017.

Had a rest day on the first day of the month.

Current Distance 88.9 km this month out of 1188 km.

Have edited down my monthly target total as after work my second session takes more effort.
Have to bear in mind that I have increased the level of difficulty with the exercise bike.
But still think that 44 km daily is an achievable goal on my exercise days.

That's my weight down to 220.2 lbs and approaching 15 and a half stone.
Increasing the level of difficulty of the exercise and refocusing with my diet has proved fruitful.
Still a bit to go but 46 lbs or 3 st 4 lbs is no mean feat so far.

Not bad distance considering how warm it is today.

Hi Chubby, for the moment you seem to be the only one exercising.
 
Everyone has things that get in the way.
I'm not doing any exercise today as been having one of those days where everything is a chore.
It started when I got up and has progressed through the day.
Never mind back to it again tomorrow.

I must check and see how much walking I did at work this last week.My feet are yelling me lots.

With a bonus of 2 km push of my motorcycle due to believing I had enough petrol to get to the petrol station.
Events would prove otherwise.

For some reason my pedometer stops measuring my walking half way through every night.
