I was just at a family gathering and my cousin made a red velvet cake, was the best thing ever. Actually wanted to marry that cake, worth every syn!!

Been lazy this week with running so pushed myself to go & do long run today. Ran my furthest so far with 5miles & then an abs workout on my return :D

Awwww Blimey girls. You are all so healthy! I can only do 10 mins on my exercise bike before my knees start to creak. Last week I added a bit of resistance, I was puffing so much I thought my eyes had swopped places. And the last time I did a squat, I was picking strawberries, and my husband had to help me up
 
hehe, tasi, 10 minutes is still better than 0 minutes! :) And I can't do squats, either.

I've smashed my workout goal - thanks to loving the two new Davina DVDs I bought. Love the interval ones so keep squeezing an extra one in!! Must get running some miles though. Starting tomorrow morning :D
