Maypoles getting weighed in the wrong place food diary!!

    Ok I defected to WW but am now back in the SW fold but as you pay up front at WW I have paid for weigh ins till april 11th so am going to go there to get weighed but follow SW
    SO I thought I'd start a food diary so here it goes

    Day 1

    Brunch [/B](got up at 11am not lazy just work shifts!)
    3 eggs scrambled with frylight, Mushrooms & 3 slices of WW danish loaf with marmite & a TBSP of ketchup (1 sin I think)

    Dinner
    Slow cooked chicken, Mr mash (which was nasty!) Green beans

    Snack 2 kiwis & a sin free yogurt & a toffee options (2 sins)

    B- 2 weetibix, milk from allowance topped with pineapple

    L - Jacket Potato with beans

    D chicken casserole (same as yesterday) & a salad

    S- Apple sin free yogurt

    Well from my point of view SW but I can't be doing with faff of WW but don't tell the weigh in woman that as I got weighed today!!!

    Day 3

    B BBQ Beans & 3 slices of WW danish with marmite

    L M&S whole food couscous & roasted veg & M&S salt & black pepper crisps (not count on us & didn't realise till I started eating them :sigh:)

    D- Slow cooked brisket with sin roast potatoes & parnips & carrots & peas
    Those meragine things from the magazine

    B- 28g bran flakes with skimmed milk & topped with pineapple

    L- Yesterdays beef cold & ham with salad

    D- bolognase bake made with extra lean mince, mushrooms, onions & chopped toms & beef oxo placed in large cooked pasta shells & topped with natural yogurt & a beaten egg baked in oven until brown

    B - 2 weetabix with pineapple & milk

    L- Super speed soup 2 slices of ww toastie bread & 2 laughing cow light

    D - Homemade quorn chilli & brown rice with fat free yog & salad

    S- mixed frozen berries & fat free yog

    B - Weetabix with Milk & pinapple

    L-Home made sin free broth made with dried broth mix, dried beans & leeks & carrots & veg stock cooked in slow cooker for 8 hours

    Dinner - The bake from Day 4 & salad

    S- pinapple & strawberries & a highlights hot choc & 2 oreo biscuits

    Brunch - 3 slices of WW danish toast with 3 light laughing cow

    Dinner The soup from day 6 & a chicken salad

    Snacks 2 mini oreo cheese cakes from brit mums site 3 1/2 sins each
