Ok I defected to WW but am now back in the SW fold but as you pay up front at WW I have paid for weigh ins till april 11th so am going to go there to get weighed but follow SW
SO I thought I'd start a food diary so here it goes
Day 1
Brunch [/B](got up at 11am not lazy just work shifts!)
3 eggs scrambled with frylight, Mushrooms & 3 slices of WW danish loaf with marmite & a TBSP of ketchup (1 sin I think)
Dinner
Slow cooked chicken, Mr mash (which was nasty!) Green beans
Snack 2 kiwis & a sin free yogurt & a toffee options (2 sins)
