I KNOW! But I only had one of these (a single one - not one portion of 4 single ones!) but I was starving and given I resisted all the other stuff Im quite pleased! The kids REALLY wanted to go and I was dreading it!

Evenso Id like to know the syn value so I can account for it.

I bet its terrible!
