mcvities go ahead - help please!

Hi

Could anyone give me the syn value for a mcvities go ahead yogurt breaks - blueberry. The website says 3.5 but I'm not sure if this is per slice or for both as they come in a twinpack! if it's for both then I will happily munch away, if not, I will pick something else!!

Wow is this true, i always thought it was 3.5 per slice-so 7 per pack....

It's actually 3½ syns per 18g slice so before you get stuck in give them a weigh - I suspect that will be for a single slice rather than the twinpack.

One slice is 18g so it would be 7 syns for the twinpack :-(

Think I'd get way more pleasure from a curly wurly!
