You'd have to have the calories in the whole bar then divide by 20 to get the syns because 1 syn = 20 calories. Good luck!

Hiya... think you mean the 140g bar? (they are normally about £1)... cheap money wise but not syn wise.. it's 525 kcal per 100g, so 735 kcal for 140g bar, which works out as approx 36 syns. x

The 20 cals = 1 syn rule wont work for anything that contains some element of free food but is a rough guide for treats, something they never ever tell you class lol!
