I'm going to try and post my daily food diary on here. It will of course be a day behind though

So here goes:-
On Day 1 of SW diet I ate :-
Breakfast :-
apple, coffee (milk from HEa)
Lunch (at local pub restaurant) :-
Greek Lamb Stew (advertised as healthy option under 600 cals) - lamb, tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic
Boiled Rice
Fizzy mineral water with lemon
Dinner :-
Seabass steamed in foil with onions, garlic, ginger, celery, chilli & lime
Steamed brocolli
Muller light vanilla yoghurt sprinkled with dark chocolate ( can't believe these have no syns!!)
HEa - skimmed milk which I used in coffee throughout the day
HEb - forgot to fit one in !!
Syns - latte in cafe at farmshop (6)
Fluids:-
Coffee x 4 (milk from HEa)
Blackberry & elderflower herbal tea x 1
Large glass fizzy mineral water
