    the 810 plan is fab, i always get on the scales the day before my weigh in (dont ask y cos i dont know):D, the scales said 14.8 thats 5 lb since last mon eve, and im on 810 plan and its totm (just started), also im finding im drinking a lot more water on the 810, anyone else find the same???

    yes you are, have a look in your book its all explained in there, and your allowed a reasonable amount, well actuallyits quite a lot, i struggle to eat all off it, so i do it in 2 meals
