Next Weds I am on a works event where we are sailing from Gosport to Cowes and having lunch - I have previewed the menu and emailed the pub where we are going - but could someone advise which would be better for me to have (restarted back on week 1 SS after 3 weeks on SS & minor blip at party over the weekend)...lost 4lb for the 1lb I put on in 3 days....

Anyway, these are my options;

1) Hot Chicken Salad
2) Griddled Cajun Chicken (asked if I can have veg with it like AAM)

Anything from the protein & green / white veg list in your booklet will be ok for you to have.....so either of the options you gave should be ok. Providing you don't have any carbs, you should be ok & stay on track....
