Going for a meal in a few weeks time... im guessing chicken options will be best... so which one out of these do you think would be the better option??

Chicken dishes (an italian reasturante)

POLLO CALDOSTANA
breadcrumbed chicken breast topped with pama ham, melted mozarella and tomato sauce.

POLLO KIEV
Breadcrumbed chicken breast stuffed with garlic butter

id go for the garlic butter i went out had a mixed grill plenty of meat no peas or chips but itallian dont do it :( what about a chicken salad or steak side salad??

I would suggest a steak and salad or chicken and salad if they can do it for you, but depends how important it is for you to stay in ketosis. Hope you enjoy the night :)

Just remember when you are out its not the food thats important , its the company and the craic, just eat before you go and have a small salad when your out, you will enjoy the evening just as much maybe more than worrying about what your eating ,if your in control before you go you will feel more confident.
