Meal/Snack ideas for Down Days

Hi, Just joined and doing a mixed SW and JUDD type thing; if you love vegetables and chilli/spicy stuff, I can recommend microwaving a decent size chunk of cauliflower (8-10 oz = about 40 cals or so) and then fixing a microwave sauce with 1/4 tinned chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper and a generous teaspoon of Schwatz Spicy Italian blend or anything with a bit of a chilli kick (about 20 cals)
Add a drop or two of Tabasco if you like - I find that the heat makes me eat it slowly and feel satisfied!
 
I love to eat ice poles in the evening.. and they're only 1/2 a calorie each! I can easily eat 10 whilst watching tv but thats only 5cals!

Yes they are great aren't they! I usually forget to buy these, or if we have them in they never last long with the kids and hubby around!!!

Any ideas on the calorie content of air popped popcorn (Kelkin)with just a tiny bit of sea salt? Not sure whether to weigh the kernels popped or unpopped?

Ummm 30g unpopped is 100 calories I think if I remember righty from my sw days of synning it but I'll double check.
