Hi, I've been to see a CDC and I've been advised to start CD on the 790 plan. For the meal you can have every day, in the book, it says to cook in the microwave, steam or poach in water. Are we not able to grill (i.e. using a George Foreman) if we don't add any extra fat or if we use a drip tray on a grill pan?

    Thanks,

    Cecelia

As far as I know .. you can cook them anyway as long as you don't use fat .. I would think its perfectly acceptable to use George ...

    Thanks!

Thanks for your help - I thought it would be okay but wanted to double check first... I have a nice bit of tuna for tea that I quite fancied grilling on the George Foreman rather than steaming etc....
