Meals suitable to freeze - ideas please

I am obsessed with freezer cooking so pardon me in advance if i come across like a weirdo freezer fanatic!
I tend to freeze things in bags rather than pots and then label them with the date, the syns and what it is (unless you like surprises)
I got the book of free original recipes from slimming world and nearly all of the recipes are freezable, then you can just serve them with rice etc.
Macaroni cheese seems to be ok frozen too - I think anything with pasta should be ok as long as it's in a sauce rather than on its own.
Curries, stews, bolognese, soups are all good to be frozen.
Only thing I think is a bit dodgy is rice, I'm not sure if you can freeze that safely.

In general try and eat the things within a month but if you go a bit over I'm sure it's not a very big deal.
