Hi all

Just a quick question, all depends what plan your following apart from mix 2 max can you tell me do you eat 3 meals a day or just basically eat red or green all day just i struggle with 3 meals so just getting some help so i dont slip on this diet

hello,
i eat more than 3 meals a day as i have very long days, if m doing red i snack on ham or cold meats and salads, not sure on green as i dont do them, on extra easy you can have any of the free foods on either plan

Everyone is different and I actually differ day to day in how I eat. Some days I'll just have two big meals some days I'll actually have 4 or 5 light meals. As long as you aren't going hungry and so grabbing everything that comes to hand (well.... this is what I do!!) I can't see how it matters. SW provide the basics and then you tailor it to your lifestyle.
I should say that I am a green day gal! I can't get my head round the mix to max or extra easy plans and red don't agree as i am not a big meat eater.

Oh god no plz ramble on any advice i will take on board, but yes i did mix 2 max for two day which was okies but wasnt so good as didnt have fruit in, but did ee for 2 weeks 1st week i thought you could only have 3 meals that was it like mix2max i thought eating all day was wrong on that but i sts that week and following week followed 110% and i put half pounds on so maybe ee isnt for me but i love meat and pot together etc, but basically i eat more pasta and sauce in the day and rice batchelors or homemade pasta maybe should change it all about i dunno but thanks again :D

I am new to SW....but I am finding my way around the diet (slowly) and I have been staying with 3 meals a day whether it be a red or green day, I have a good breakfast, light lunch and a good dinner, and then at about 10pm when I am feeling a bit 'low' and don't want to go to bed feeling hungry I have a mug of cocoa, I use ½ skim milk & ½ water, 1 heaped teaspoon of cocoa powder and a sprinkle of sweetner......it fills the gap and helps me to sleep too, if I get the munchies during the evening I stick to a couple of apples, I hope I have given you some help.

I personally have just fruit for breakkie, then I have a dinner (cooked) and a tea (meat and salad) - I FOLLOW RED DAYS ONLY.
In between meals I may have more fruit or synfree yogs etc and lots of teas and coffees using HEA for milk

I do EE. I have 3 meals but always snack on fruit mid morning and then a couple of hours after tea. If I eat enough at mealtime then I find I don't get hungry. Technically you could snack all day on free foods, but you have to take calories into account eg you wouldn't want to be having lots of mullerlights and bananas at 100 cals a go.
