Meat question!

Hi!

Am I right in thinking all meat is free as long as any visible fat is removed, with the exception of mince which has to be extra lean? I'm doing EE plan.
I made stew tonight and the meat was lean anyway but I trimmed the tiny bits of fat that we're on it and it didn't have any 'marble fat' as I call it lol. Hoping this works out as free!
