Medicine Query

I am currently on LL programme and had come down with woman flu not man flu (ha ha) - I have a barking cough which seemed like i was up most of the night - without thinkin diet i got up and took some cough medicine - Does anyone know if this is allowed on LL

You should be OK for one dose - but we were advised to only use tablets that are for diabetics.

Hope you feel better - its not fair to be ill while dieting!!!

Thanks i have tested my self and i have knocked myself out of ketosis - never mind still sticking to packs so hopefully all will be well at weigh in on Thurs
