meeting my cdc saturday

hi guys
rang a different cdc this morning and she sounds very nice on the phone.she is coming out to my house which will be better than going over to see the other cdc which lives about 15 miles away.i think because im still on the LT till monday she wants me to start on the lowest step with dash of milk in a couple cups of tea.im having nearly every shake/soup available but no bars the 1st week.cant wait till tuesday.hope you are all well.
