    Right,

Day one down, didn't go too badly,

other than i forgot i was on it and had a muffin in the office :break_diet: but that was a day one mistake,

Day two will be nothing but packs and water,

I do have a big problem though with the whisk-o-lait that they gave me as a freebie to mix the sachets,

Anyone else find that they don't mix they just spin it around and there are loads of lumps in them?

Gone back to my Mex-Rex shaker which is like the womans LL one,

Good to hear if other people have a problem with the thing and it isn't just me being stupid, :(

Hopefully post later today at work,

    >>>BIG KISSES<<<

    Mark

if it is like a mix a mug thing then I found it does the soups really well if you put in half a mug of hot water start the whisk then dump the sachet in whilst it is still mixing and keep it going, then top up with hot water while you are still mixing. They do come out pretty well.

I found the battery operated whisk was excellent for mixing soup, but poor for mixing shakes - for shakes i use a hand held electric whisk - much better!

Me too. I am in week one. Found that using the battery operated whisk, is good for the soups, but to make the shakes nice it has to be a hand blender. Can't wait until tomorrow which is my week 1 weigh in as i think we get bars as well... :) It funny how on this diet the thought of having a bar to chew is exciting...

    Hi Tigerlilly,

Some advice re the bars. Take the majority peanut and cranberry and maybe try one lemon. The others are disgusting. If you can handle the lemon one then try the others the next week. I took a selection the first week and you know what I still have two in a drawer somewhere. Its like eating play dough.

Electric hand whisk - saves time and it works properly - Only £3 or 4 in tesco.

Really?!! I absolutely LOVE the toffee bars, have to try to stop myself from having more than one a day cos I run out...and am not suposed to do that. Mind you when I first ried them at the beginning of the diet I hated them, and could only stomach cran/ras and peanut. But I soon got sick of them and now don't like the taste of either and only like the toffee and occasionally the lemon. Just shows how our tastes change on this diet. Was scared to try the toffee again but did in about week 12 and now I absolutely love them

Actually there might be some on Facebook - will have to go and have a look!! The wedding ones on there show me as being pretty large, but not at my heaviest!! But you'll get the general picture.

Once I get them my my LLC (expect them in the next couple of weeks I guess) then will post before and after on here!
