Menu planner

I found this on the net this morning. I posted it on LT maintenance forum than I thought maybe some of you would like to bookmark it for using it later.( I already did, lol) Just in case it would disappear from maintenance. It's easy to use and simple in my opinion , also there are interesting links on top of the planner, portion control etc...
