TFK - The BBQ meat is homemade so no syns ....OH does marinades and rubs etc but makes sure they're all SW friendly.
I'm loving those suggestions, thank you soooo much - I just look at the list and nothing jumps out at me ... I'm seriously lacking in the imagination department when it comes to the kitchen!
Gemmy Lou ..... we've not eaten anything from the freezer for a few weeks, but because until now I've never actually meal planned or done a shopping list, every time we go shopping or have a BBQ it gets filled up a bit more, plus we had family staying earlier in the week so I bought loads of fresh things in as well but my portion control is a bit 'off' so we always have loads left over.
