I think you've done well with maintaining Mere I agree though, it's nice to go a little under goal for some breathing room

Love that plan Mere. I love the weight and shape I am now and would absolutely stay here and stop losing if it weren't so bloomin close to the 10s. That's my only reason for continuing for a few more lbs, Gives us that little breathing space.

I am fine thanks. I have my grandsons staying for a fortnight so I have been very busy. Been reading all the diaries but not ad time to write much. Waiting for Andy Murrays game to start. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Getting back into the routine, after the visitors have gone is good .
It was lovely to have them, as we all had a ball, but you know what I mean

I don't know about you, but my nerves were shattered near the end !!
When he won, I burst into silent tears .
The manfriend was sitting slightly behind me, and said "Now, div'nt start crying man, keep yersel strong"
I turned around, and said, " I cannae help it" !!
He started laughing, as he was talking to Andy on the TV
