The power hoop is great fun and the best thing about it is you are burning off loads of calories without even feeling it is exercise!
The first time I did it I burned off over 600 calories and that was a lot less energetic than what we do now. Unfortunately my heart rate monitor is not working at the moment so don't know what I am using up calorie wise.

I am having good days and bad days. Was unwell after my lunch out on Wednesday and my blood pressure is still quite low. I think I am being affected by the heat so I am trying to drink as much water as possible and trying not to get too hot, which is practically impossible. I go to see a very good doctor when he gets back from holiday in 10 days time so hopefully he will sort me out.

Well blood pressure is still dropping. Hubby wants me to get an emergency appointment at the doctor. Bargain dress came, it is beautiful but makes me look pregnant. I have not worked so hard at this diet just to wear a dress that makes me look really fat! So it is going back. Will just wait now and look for something suitable nearer the time.
 
Thats a shame about the dress.
Maybe your husband is right, and you should see a doctor sooner rather than later, especially if your BP is still dropping.
There is no point in being thin and being unwell and not able to enjoy your thinness !!

I am feeling a lot better thanks. Went swimming on Monday zumba yesterday and Powerhoop today. Good to get back Into exercise. X
 
Weight up a pound today, back to target weight. I am going to Fife to look after my grandsons for three weeks in September so have decided to be TS while away to drop a little bit more. I find it easier when away there because I don't know anyone and therefore do not socialise with lunches and dinners out. Although I will be cooking for the boys they don't care if I am having a shake while they eat whereas hubby is starting to complain.
Meantime I will try to maintain my weight at or very near target. That should be 5 months at target by then and surely will have established my mind mentally that that is my weight.
I still find myself surprised to try on clothes and find size 10s and 12s fit instead of squeezing into 14s!

I like your plan Mere, makes good sense. Lovely to hear the mind does catch up with the body at some point.. I have clear days and cloudy with that. It's hard to believe it really is isn't it?

Worth checking out G*****n today. I am having a few days TS to try to lose another little bit. Hubby is not pleased as he says I will start having a gaunt face!
Box of 50 vanilla shakes arrived this morning so you can tell I am ignoring hubby. I can't have a vanilla shake without thinking of ED!!!

You have done so well at this Mere, you are the one giving us all hope for when it's time to maintain. How much more are you wanting to lose? A gaunt face is also what my OH is worried about so I have said when it starts to happen I will have to stop. I hope TS Isnt going to lower your blood sugar Again though, Good luck and take it easy xx
 
When I went to Weight Watchers years ago my target weight was 9st 3lbs. That was with clothes on naturally, so probably 9st 1lb. As a Gold member you are allowed to weigh in and attend meeting for free as long as you are within 5lbs of target weight. So ideally I would like to get down to 9st 6lb or just under then I could weigh in at W W which I think would keep me on track. Being weighed once a month would probably be enough. My danger times for gaining are at holidays and Christmas. I got through the holidays ok so now I only have Christmas to think about and as it is still a long way away I could have lost that bit more by then.
I intend being TS when at my sons, which will be for 3 weeks. That is the plan.
