Hi Autumn i have been reading through your food diary and think you are doing brilliantly, im so jealous. Please can you post how you made the roulade and how many syns were in it again? I can lose 2 pounds in the week but at the weekend put it back on and i count my wines as syns. please would you take a look at what i have daily and advise where i am going wrong.
Breakfast: 2 small brown bread a scraping of light margarine and 2 boiled eggs.
Lunch: 2 mugshots, mullerlight yog, some melon.
Tea: chicken or pork loin steaks with either jacket pot or mcain lightly spiced wedges(havent tried makin the sw chips yet). with extra light mayo and tbsp sweet chilli sauce. some days a curly wurly like to keep most syns for wine at wkend if thats allowed.
I would appreciate your input as you are doing amazingly.
