Hi guys, hope you're all doing well on LT.

I just wanted to know how you increase your metabolism, to the point where no matter what kinds of food you eat, it doesn't store as fat so quickly.

I have a friend and she is as thin as a rake, and I'm not even exagerrating (spelling?).

And she eats, and eats, and fricken eats . She like a bottemless pit and yet, she never ever gets fat. Now, I'm guessing her metabolism is high.

When I'm done with LT, and I start eating again, I want to be like this. Not gorging myself on food of course, I will eat moderatly beleive me :p, but I want to be able to eat food without being afraid of gaining weight or having a fear of eating all together.

What can I do to increase my metabolism?

    It certainly does!
And regular exercise (3+ times a week, evenly spread out) helps keep it elevated all the time :)
