Mexican rice from Lidl

MrsB

Team FFF!!!
This is soooo yum but could someone tell me the synage please?

It is Kania savoury rice

Mexican style rice dish (serves 2)

It's 160g bag and the ingredients which would be syns are:

maltodextrin, sugar, glucose syrup, veg fat, caramelised sugar syrup

The nutrition info per 100g is:
143Kcal
3.3g protein
30.3g carbohydrate
0.9g fat

I know how to work synage out if it is all "bad" stuff but not when there is free food in too:confused::confused:

Many thanks in advance

What is it, is it a dried rice thing, or is the rice moist or what?

If I use dried rice as a savoury pot as the free food I get 2½ Syns for the bag, if it's just plain old dried rice it's free. That's on EE/Green

Hi :) It's dried flavoured rice in a packet which you boil in water to cook :)

So would that be 2 1/2 syns or free do you think?

Sorry for being dim lol

Mmm I dont know tbh, personally Id play it safe and go for the 2.5 syns, sounds like a 'savoury pot' thing, but someone else might know the right answer :) Enjoy.
