Yeah that is what I was initially thinking... But I think I will actually split the difference and record calories as somewhere between the two.
Whilst walking I am pushing a double pushchair with two toddlers in!! A 2yr 7mth old and a 16mth old... Combined weight is around 2-2.5st.
I imagine that would burn a few extra cals, oh and a mile of the walk is through a wooded area so quite rough terrain lol...
Yep taking all that into account and on further pondering, I will go in the middle
