    Fresh start, here i go!

    1st September - Red day

    B: 2 weetabix (heb) Milk (hea)

    L: Butternut squash soup, some chicken added

    D: Chicken salad (1 bsp olive oil - heb)

    Syns: Some honey in my tea (1?)
    Crunchie 9 syns


    Butternut squash soup: Chopped up squash, red pepper, carrots, red onion & baby sweetcorn. Sprayed with frylight and roast in oven. Added stock and blitz together.

    2nd September - Green day

    D: Pasta quiche & salad (olive oil - heb) (cheese in quiche - hea)


    Syns: Pasta & sauce cheese, leek and ham (no butter or milk) - 1 syn (i think)
