microwave foodpacks nutritional value?

    Hi does anyone know that if you microwave with the foodpacks ie: chicken crisps / muffin recipes do they loose there nutritional value?
    As i've just tried the crisps - delicious - well sort of !

    Yeah that's true, officially your not supposed to cook any of your packs, but if you do, you shouldn't cook more than 1 per day.

    Thanks for that mm, i'm going back to see my LLC tommorow to change some of my foodpacks, as i'm not keen on the soups i only seem to like them if there nuked !
