Aloha everyone
I have finally decided to start doing a food diary to help me with shifting the next half a stone - a stone to get to target. I've been feeling a little off track and I've been wanting to start incorporating red and green days into my week so any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated!
I started SW in Janurary 2012, and have lost 13.5lbs in 9 weeks, I've set myself an April Challenge to lose 7.5lbs in 5 weeks to get to my first interim target of 9st 6. Wish me luck.
