Milk and points

Do we have 2 point the milk allowance or is it an extra that you have every day?

I have 26 points a day and always take off my milk allowance from my daily points - am I doi g this right?

I'm really enjoying it - 3rd WI tomorrow lost 5.5lb so far... I've done lipotrim previously so this doesn't feel like a diet lol
