Milk on 790

I'm wondering if it is okay to use your milk allowance on a skimmed milk latte while on the 790 plan?
I despise milk and this is the only way I can take it. There isn't as much as half a pint involved and no sweeteners.
Can anyone advise if this is okay? (I think so.......)
 
or I believe you are allowed to use fat free yoghurt to the same no. of calories instead of the milk allowance ;)
 
I swap my skimmed milk allowance for 100g of fat-free yoghurt.

I cook with the yoghurt - make a 'sauce' for Quorn, adding a little mixed herbs or some spices.

Or I add a little bit of the CD water flavouring to the yoghurt to make it fruity!!
