Milk Query

Hey Guys,

I'm a bit confuzzled by the milk allowance on WW ...

I count my milk as part of my WW allowance, but a friend of mine swears that the milk allowance is in addition to your points allowance i.e. you don't count you 1 pint of milk each day.

Anyone able to clear this up? I've been counting mine but with only 17 points a day it kinda sucks if I shouldn't have been!! LOL!

I must remember to tell my friend that she's always 1-2 points over allowance She won't be very happy about that!!

i always right 1 pint of milk down 1 day then it lasts me 3-4 days then i can have extra the other days!!

I think 'unlimited' (obv within reason!) milk is allowed as part of a meal on Core plan, but if you're doing points then you have to count it?

I'm not doing WW yet, but from memory I think this is the case.
