    Hi everyone,

Can someone please explain why milk/yoghurt is allowed on W8 and not on CD. I thought both were VLC ketosis based diets. Thanks :)

Milk is allowed on Cambridge. Just depends on which plan you do.

Cambridge 790 (which includes milk or yoghurt) is still ketogenic. It's just that the SS plan is exactly that. Sole Source. No margin for error (if you do it correctly), and with the reduced calories, maximum weightloss:clap:

Oh thank you so much for that. That's going to be a lifesaver for my hubby. :):):) We start CD together on Wednesday. I'm doing SS, he's doing 790.

Oh, very best of luck. Remember that the weight will probably be faster for him even though he'll get to eat:rolleyes:

Dont' compare your loss with his. Yours will still be fantastic!!

    Very best of luck! (again;))

    Cambridge Plan
I have been on 790 for 17 weeks now and we are allowed 1/2 pint of skimmed milk per day or 150g of fat-free yoghurt - or half and half!

I went onto black coffee on SS and have stayed that way - I do like to use the yoghurt to make a sauce for quorn etc, though.

Hope all goes well for you!
