Just wondering if you can buy the milk not in the fridge the longer life ones on the shelf are you allowed this an is it the same as if you brought it fresh from the fridge?

Yes and the values are the same. 350, 250 and 175ml for skimmed, semi and whole

Thanks it's just I'm the only one that uses it so if I don't have cereal it dose not get used quick enough thought this might stay fresh for longer

I use the long life milk off the shelf and it's the same allowance and lasts so much better as I'm the only one that has it too x
