    Morning all!
Am very excited to have found flaxmeal in my local co - op and about to make my first mim!!
Can some kind soul please advise me what 1/4 cup is in grams or tablespoons? And how much is one packet of Splenda? Mine is loose in a pack.
    Thank you!

Cancel last request! Just guessed the amounts and have now lost my MIM virginity to a warm cinnamon MIM with cream cheese. And very nice it was too!

Mmm yummy! I don't think it matters about measuring as we all use different sized mugs to make them anyway. I just guessed and used trial and error :)

They're a forgiving wee beastie though, aren't they? I vary wildly as to what gets turfed in now, and they (nearly!) always turn out lovely. :)

i think we all mostly make them up as we go along!
i have a couple of times forgotten the baking powder, and they still turn out eatable, but rather dense in texture
