Minced beef...

Hello girls,

I've just Been trying to work out what 75g lean minced beef works out at, and I've got 5 points. Does this sound right to you? Ive sieved all the extra fat out of it after it was cook. Beef is a lot higher than I thought it would be!

extra lean for 140g is 6 pp i believe.....

I don't think ours is extra lean, just said lean?? These things are so confusing! Lol x

Is that raw or cooked for 5pp?
