Its my first week weigh in....hopefully i will get my backside into gear!:banghead:

only want to loose around a stone....just to get back to a healthy BMI and weight, as i am beginning to train to be a fitness instructor:gimi:

What are you doing to achieve your goal?

I would guess exercise is a big part of your plan:D

I am a proper junk food addict:eatdrink051:...and just decided enough was enough ...so started to try to eat more healthy (except some days :D:eatdrink023:)

so far so good stickin to it ..but then it has only been 2 days:giggle:
