I ahve faffed about with CD for far too long. I ahve pigged out for most of this week, and have put on all, if not more than I lost last week.

So, I am starting again. Back to basics. Shakes/soups only. Plenty of water, not coke zero or fizzy flavoured water.

I am going to see my CDC this morning, and although I dont want to weigh, I must, to see the damge I have done. I am sure it will come off this week when I SS properly. I will have 2 weeks (CDC on hols next week) to redeem myself, and I will stick to the plan 110%.

I owe it to myself to lose this weight, and I need to get on with it.

You've already done fabulously well, Christine. Everyone has a wobble, now and then. Mine has mostly been now, so I need to restart!

hope you get back on the ss, it is hard, iv restarted a few times and found if i have put weight on it does come of in the first week. ive found i sometimes need a few days of now and again to keep me on this diet, we are only human. good luck x
