Got this recipe out of the 100 green recipes book. Did it last night and im pleased!

1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 carrots
2 sticks of celery
can of choppped toms
1.2 liters/2pt stock made with vecon
57g dried spag
113g frozen peas
170g green cabbage
1 leek chopped
1 tsp dried basil

Spray a pan with fry light and fry off onion until soft. Add the garlic, carrots celery and cook 2-3 mins.

Add tomatoes, stock and spaghetti. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 mins.

Stir in frozen peas, cabbage, leek, and basil and simmer for further 20mins. Add a little more water if necessary (i had to do this!)
