Argh! It used to be free. I hope this link works: Soya yogurt alternatives | Alternative plain, vanilla & strawberry soya yogurt- Alpro soya

Its a large pot, natural (the flavoured ones have syns certainly) - and it used to be free.... in fact if I search past posts on here (& also iVillage) it is listed as free.

If you run those NVs through the calculator, using yoghurt as a Free Food it comes out at:

1½ Syn per 100g


I expect your values must be really old as they dont even have EE listed? Also the yoghurt itself must have changed as that name doesn't exist any more (Alpro Soya Dairy Free Natural Yogurt / Alpro Soya Dairy Free Natural Yogurt), they've omitted the word Natural from all of them now.

If you're still losing I wouldn't worry too much, they're not massively high in syns or anything

thats the danger with searching on the forum... a lot of the older threads with syn values are now out of date with the slimming world diet changing, and recipes of products changing...
