Mini challenge anyone with me?

I need some motivation so have decided to set a a mini target of loosing 12lbs before July.

If anyone would like to join me please feel free :)
 
oh me please, can i join in, this is just what i have been looking for...how does it work? do we put our weigh in details on a certain day of the week?:) katey x
 
Hiya yeah you just add your details each week and at the end of it I will do a list so everyone can see what they have done :) xxx
 
I'd like to try this, although I don't know if I'll manage (tough ask :D). If I did this I'll be down to 15st 4lbs by 1st July, which is 2.5lbs per week.

Ok, I'm in: starting weight 16st 2lbs :eek:
