Well, my first goal is to lose what I put on on holiday Then my next goal is to go past the big 24. 00 to the 23. 13. I always like the goal of watching the big number roll over
Mine are in my signature too. I have all the ones that correspond to the stickies, but also getting into the next stone down and the most important one for me is having a healthy BMI.
Others might be getting into a new clothes size or fitting back in to a dress or jeans that you love.
I like having little mini goals, I think it's easier to tackle your weight loss if you break it down into smaller chunks.
