Lazy day done for you! Only rode 4.5 miles on the bike today. Make you feel better? Although you do so much exercise it's crazy! You're the one who makes me feel lazy! Xx
 
And to top off my lazy day :D had a fat dinner of chilli cheese burgers, salad and a couple of southern fries for 2 syns. Absolutely gorgeous dinner.

Put an onion, garlic and spices in the blender so it was all in tiny pieces. Add the mince and a dash of passata to bind it all as I didn't have any eggs. Homemade tomato and chilli sauce for in the burgers and loads of fried onions. Freaking lovely.

Mmmm Minky burgers. Had forgotten how good they are. They pulled me out of a rut last time so might be having them tomorrow. 'Only' 4.5 miles lol!! Yours and Jackie's enthusiasm for exercise is catching as have just done a Lesley mile! :bighug: xxxxxx

What is the Leslie mile Hun? I've heard people mention it but no idea what it is! Well done on getting motivated to do it though!

And as for the 4.5 miles that's not in one stint :D it's in 2, one to work and one back home. And it does become a bit addictive to be honest, just need to remember a stretch before and after :D xxxx
 
Here it is Walking - Part 1: Start Quick & Easy - YouTube . Think you'll find it too easy but it's perfect for my stage of (un)fitness!! Jackie has the harder DVDs. Feel really great now and the cravings for croissants I was just having have disappeared! Hey - don't knock the distance hon. 4.5 miles is still 4.5 miles no matter how many stretches you do it in! I love cycling so much - did about 80 miles in a day once when I was in me teens. Unfortunately I'm way too heavy for my poor old bike at the mo and just look ridiculous so it's Lesley miles for me until I can literally get 'back in the saddle' lol! xxx

When did/do you go to WW? I think for me the counting of points and restriction of portion sizes would make me scoff through hunger! But, different strokes for different folks ;) I know it works for millions of people but SW works for me so I'll stick with what I know!

I joined Sunday but only started yesterday but am having Friday as my weigh in day! I like to complicate everything! Lol!!!

I think that there is something for everyone - it's what makes the world go round ;)

I have a new role work wise that is so busy I just want to eat on the run sometimes and found that difficult with SW.

Hope you are very proud - you really are amazing! Xx

Well done on the loss - I've been off drowning myself in beer again!
No more count planned for a while now as in the last month I have spent more time in tents than a real bed, so back to give this my full attention ;)

Thank you my lovely - I will take a look later this eve or in the morning, I could still do it when the weather is cr@p like it is and maybe just have it on repeat so I can practice for the half marathon (which is next month!!)
Its great that it took away your cravings and that you went on to do it twice rather than just the once - thats fab! Before you know it you will be able to start looking at the harder ones and then Bam! You will be out on the bike notching up those miles! Visualise it, hold on to it, be it :) xxx

SW is all about the prep isnt it? Sometimes you can chuck together quick meals but a lot of the foods do take a bit of prep, thankfully I have time and patience :D
You will have to let us know how you get on over at the rebel camp - do you have a diary?

Thanks PT _ Damn the alcohol demon! I had issues last weekened to be honest but somehow managed to counter balance it by having a good food I reckon??

Jeeeeeeeysus H Christ! It is one windy day out there today!

Nearly got side swiped by the wind on my cycle to work this morning - really not looking forward to the journey home I can tell you that much. Its freezing and I hate the wind, it really messes with my hair :giggle:

Mega super busy at work too but at least thats making it go quick. Over to see my sister and her girlfriend tonight for can only be discribed as an 'indoor BBQ' seeing as the weather is so pants. Bless her, she is doing me all flavoured chicken and other meats with no fat and salad stuff - maybe even some rice or new potatoes but I haven't decided yet if i'm doing EE or Red day. Shall see what I feel like later.

Damn work is a killer! Been mega busy and now dead and slow and BORING!!

Have just had some chopped strawbs and muller Greek yogurt which was lovely and fresh

ooh you're brave cycling in the wind. I remember that's the one thing that used to make it less enjoyable. It's not hit us in Lincoln yet but I believe it's on its way :(. Soon be home time Minksy - don't despair! :bighug: xxxxxx PS:I'm a visualisin'! xxx
 
Took me 15 mins to get home.
15 bloody minutes! Wind was super strong and I nearly came to a halt at one point. Legs are aching but just sat to chill for 5 mins before getting ready to go out.

Oh and Bex - you best be visualisin' madam, otherwise there will be a few of us after your tail :D xxxx

Wow sounds like uve had a really riveting day at work bet u wanted to stay longer! Ur pretty brave cycling home in all this wind! I was scared to drive let alone cycle! Xxx
